Custom systems
Panels and dashboards built from scratch for workflows that off-the-shelf products can't handle. The costliest mistake in these projects is designing screens before understanding how the work actually gets done. That's why we define the scope directly from the actual process. Enterprise layers that won't ever be used are never built in the first place.
Scope
- Admin dashboards, CRMs, and operations portals
- Education, registration, and tracking platforms
- Membership, role/permission, and invite workflows
- Payment processing, subscriptions, and reporting
- Role-based dedicated panels (admin, user, parent, etc.)
What you'll have at the end
- An admin panel tailored to the way your business actually runs
- Role-based access: separate dashboards for admins, users, parents, and more
- Registration, approval, payment, and reporting workflows
- Delivered fully operational with database and server setup complete
Work that shows it
- Acunmedya Akademi2024A comprehensive registration and management platform built for Acunmedya Akademi. It digitizes enrollment workflows for educational programs, improving both user experience and administrative efficiency.View project
- Alihocaedu2026A practice exam and homework tracking platform built for a mathematics teacher's own students. Features automatic net score calculation, AI-assisted student analysis, and a single dashboard shared by the teacher, students, and parents.View project
- Student Panel2026A private student platform for instructors and institutions. Curriculum, assignments, attendance, live classes, and progress tracking all in one panel; no public registration, students are added by the instructor.View project
How it works
- 01
Intro call
We talk about what you want to build. If I don't think I'm the right fit, I'll tell you on that first call.
- 02
Scope and quote
Every deliverable is written down, and the timeline and price follow from that. Anything outside the scope gets discussed separately.
- 03
Development
I show you a working version at regular intervals. Feedback doesn't wait until the end; it comes in throughout.
- 04
Launch and after
We go live and I show your team how to use it. If you want maintenance, we keep going. If not, the system is entirely yours.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you migrate our existing spreadsheets?
- Yes. Data migration from Excel or a legacy system is discussed as part of the scope, so you won't have to enter everything again from scratch.
- What happens if the scope grows later?
- Deliverables are agreed upon in writing upfront. Anything that falls outside the initial scope is quoted and discussed separately—no surprises.
- What happens after the system goes live?
- I walk you through how to use it, and hand over the keys. If you want ongoing maintenance, we can continue; if not, your system continues to run smoothly on its own.
